La Plage features three distinct dining spaces: an upper deck with an airy ambiance, an oceanfront terrace under the shade of coconut trees, and a stylish indoor cocktail bar, offering an ideal experience for any occasion.

Chef Matteo Boifava brings a fresh culinary spirit to Non Nuoc Beach. With over 25 years of experience in international kitchens, he draws on his Italian and Mediterranean roots, pairing them with the finest local ingredients to create La Plage’s new menu - a thoughtful expression of his creativity, passion, and personal style.
